Claire Pettibone Midnight Summer unclassified dresses

I fell in love with this dress immediately. Unfortunately, the $5500 price tag was way out of my price range. Then, ducking into a bridal shop with an unexpected sample sale, I found it as a floor sample. I bought it off the rack without a seconds hesitation. The dress was a huge hit at the wedding. Comfortable, elegant, vintage yet modern, exquisite detail...I got compliments on it all day and night long. I felt phenomenal. My only regret was having to take it off that night. That said, this dress has flaws. It is not for the perfectionist bride. From it's days as a sample, some of the embroidery was unraveling. I simply had these bits professionally removed and no one knew the difference. There are some small tears in the lace. Some of the beadwork is missing. For me, I was willing to overlook all it's imperfections. Because the dress has such a vintage feel, the slightly used condition did not concern me. I am selling this dress, very cheap, as is. I got so much joy out of wearing it my wedding day that I would like to pass that along to someone else. You must know that it is not, by any means, in perfect shape. You need to be the type of bride that is willing to roll with that.
