David's Bridal SPK470 High Low Gown Knitted unclassified dresses

Romantic and Sexy -- the perfect dress! This was the first dress I tried on and fell in love with it- three months and another dress later, I went back and bought it. I wanted a dress that said "I take this wedding seriously, but I'm going to have fun too!" I felt beautiful in this dress....and isn't that what a wedding dress is supposed to do? I did make some alterations. Bra is sewn in for convenience (36B or 34C will fit). I had some of the layers removed so that it was a little less "ball gown", but as you can see by the pictures, the flow of the dress was wonderful and not so much that people couldn't get near me without tripping over my dress. I also removed the flower appliqué from the waist, as I thought it dated the dress and really wasn't me. The "high" part of the high-low isn't overt - it's subtle. Your leg extends when you walk and sit, but you don't look like you're trying to be all leg. Great for dancing at the reception AND for showing off a fantastic pair of shoes. Our wedding was in July and the dress was neither heavy or hot. I love love love this dress. But it's just going to sit in the box - I'd rather someone else feel beautiful in it. Dress is in great condition and has been professionally cleaned and boxed.
