Brand new with tags. Dress is absolutly gorgeous with modified sweetheart neckline, soft polka dot tulle, buttons down the back and a gorgeous crystal belt. I loved this dress but it was just too much for our casual carriage house wedding and just really wasn't me. The dress is lightweight and the skirt moves with you. It has a short train and een comes with a matching veil. The color is winter white. I have done no alterations. Its long enough for me to wear with dress boots and I am 5'9". No discolorations, no tears, no defects.
