A ruched satin bodice is fitted through the lower thigh and then flares into a fanciful organza skirt. The skirt has finished and unfinished edges giving it an organic feel. Two large organza rosettes accent the left skirt adding interest to the gown. Covered functional buttons line the rear zipper and a full mermaid petticoat is the foundation of the skirt. Bra pads and a 5 point bustle have been added.
