This dress is brand new, never worn, never altered, tags still on. The skirt has a soft, full, flowing feel to it - very comfortable and beautiful! I impulsively bought it a couple months ago as a "back up" but no longer need it.
This is the listing from Nordstom, although they don't seem to be selling the dress in white anymore.
