Watters Mimi / 15828 (Wtoo) Bright color unclassified dresses

This dress is brand new (with tags still attached!) and was never worn! My engagement fell through and I was left with a beautiful dress that hopefully someone else can put to good use :) It is a size 4, but I'm not quite sure the difference between label size and street size.
