This beautiful Watters gown is brand new, with tags, never been altered or worn, in garment bag. I purchased the dress in February 2013 and received it in May. While I still love the dress, I had trouble deciding between two gowns on my appointment day and have since decided to go with the other gown. This dress is a size 8, although I typically wear a 6 in street clothes, and comes with a built-in bra back closure with eyelet hooks. My measurements are 33 1/2 B, 29 W, 38 H. The top has nice boning detail inside to give a flattering shape, and the bottom half of the gown is very flowy with layers of sheer ivory silk organza that give it movement. The belt shown in the Watters stock photos is not the belt that comes with the Norma dress (see the Watters website); it actually comes with a vanilla bean colored ribbon instead (which I am wearing in the photos and will be included). The dress has been hanging in the garment bag in my smoke-free home since I've received the dress and has absolutely no wear, no alterations; tags are still attached. I will ship free to US or Canada and can make it an express delivery if you are a last minute bride! Dress will come in original garment bag from the bridal boutique from which dress was purchased, along with a fabric swatch that you can use when shopping for shoes, veil, etc. Feel free to email with any questions specific to the dress!
